HOLIDAY POP UP PHOTO EXPERIENCE
Sunday, November 20th
 

Bring your camera (or a photographer of your choice) and your family and friends. You'll enjoy capturing each others photos for your holiday cards in a beautifully styled outdoor setting, nestled in the woods of Medford, NJ. In between shots, relax by one of the fire pit lounges while enjoying a complimentary winter cocktail or hot cocoa.

No pictures or photography services included. 

You are purchasing a time slot to rent the sets we have created. 

  • Private 20 minute session for you and your group
  • 3 Styled Backdrops for Holiday Photos
  • Seasonal Cocktails and Hot Chocolate to enjoy fireside
  • Price includes up to 8 people per 30 minute session. Children under the age of 2 are not included in the group count.
  • Bring the whole family because this is a pet friendly event! Pets must stay leashed at all times and you must clean up after your pet. 
  • A $10 donation for each session will be donated to Out of the Woods Rescue 
The Fine Print
  • The event is being held at a private home in Medford, NJ. We will provide the address to you after booking. 
  • In the event that we are unable to host the Pop Up as scheduled for any reason we will refund your booking fee. Posted Fête and Creative Pop Up Events will not be liable for any amount above or beyond the payments collected.
  • Reservations are non-refundable. 

SOCIALLY DISTANT EVENT

These are the measures we will be taking to protect everyone's health and safety:

Only 1 group will be allowed in the styled backdrop scences at a time. All touch surfaces will be wiped down in between sessions.Please do not come if you have any symptoms or do not feel well.Hand Sanitizer Stations

WEATHER / RAIN DATES

In the event we cancel your time slot due to inclement weather you may pick another open time slot during the event (if available). If there are no time slots that work for you, we'll refund your full booking fee.

This event is the rain date from our Spring Pop Up. We will not be offering another rain date.

    $10 from each session will be donated to Out of the Woods Animal Rescue, a local no-kill organization lead by dedicated volunteers. They strive to make every intake have a better quality of life and to know the true meaning of finding their fur-ever home.

  • PET FRIENDLY

    Bring the whole family because this is a pet friendly event! Pets must stay leashed at all times and you must clean up after your pet. 

  • GROUP SIZE

    Price includes up to 8 people per 30 minute time slot. Each additional guest above 8 is $10. Children under the age of 2 are free and not included in the group count.
